  I never leave reviews. Today whoever your crew is you should have them work together more often. I am something of a frequent flyer here. To the girl who made my bowl. This is quite possibly the best bowl ive ever had. To the cooks yall seasoned everything perfect. To the man running the register I want to say... the elderly gentleman who was ahead of me was less than kind to you and you shook it off like a champ. I am beyond impressed today!

  Thanks for the taquito I guess… I’ve eaten at enough Chipotles to know exactly what I’m supposed to get. This wasn’t even close. This location in Martell Jackson is straight up stingy. That burrito was half the size of a normal one, and they still wrapped it like they just did something impressive. Every scoop felt like I was reaching into the guy’s pocket and taking his lunch money. Asking for more rice or beans? You’d think I asked for his rent. Then it got weird. I asked for a little more, and I swear I watched a full fake scoop happen. Like… motion, spoon, everything… and somehow nothing actually changed. I’ve never seen someone pretend to add food before, but here we are. Let’s not play dumb. If this store can’t hit numbers, that doesn’t mean you quietly start shorting customers and hope nobody notices. That’s not a bad day, that’s a decision. You’re charging full price for something that barely qualifies as a burrito. That’s not a mistake, that’s a strategy. Chipotle built its name on consistency. This place missed it completely. Go somewhere else unless you feel like paying full price to stay hungry.

  We've been there two or three times. Every time we've been there the manager helped us and he is the skimpiest Chipotle employee I have ever stood in front of. We will not ever come there again and this was multiple visits and he was the same person every time that helped us.

  Sat at the window for 20 minutes before i was even looked at by an employee. The app is useless if you want an accurate estimation of when you can expect your food. The vibe is always disorganized and chaotic even when not busy but that's kinda every chipotle.
