  🚨 STAY AWAY! Thieves, Liars, and Blatant Retail Fraud! 🚨I will absolutely never step foot in this Safeway location again. This entire store is run by thieves, liars, and completely incompetent staff who engage in predatory retail practices. On Friday, I placed an online grocery order, but an unexpected medical emergency forced me to rush a neighbor to a hospital in Reno. I repeatedly attempted to call the store to explain the situation, but the staff completely ignored the ringing phones. Instead of holding the items or canceling, your employees flagrantly falsified store records at 4:00 PM by marking my order as "Picked Up." They actively stole money from my bank account, pushing an unauthorized charge to my debit card for goods that never left the building.The utter lack of customer support continued the following morning when I called again, only to be left rotting on hold for 30 agonizing minutes without a single person answering. It ultimately forced me to waste an hour of my weekend navigating an online corporate chat just to claw back the refund that this local staff essentially embezzled.To make matters worse, after finally getting my money back, I made the mistake of reordering my groceries. The staff completely butchered the second order, proving their incompetence is entirely intentional. They systematically withheld items from multiple "Buy One, Get One" promotions, deliberately short-changing me by failing to include the free items I was contractually owed. This isn't a string of simple mistakes; it is a corrupt operation with zero customer support. Save your sanity, your time, and your hard-earned money. Avoid this garbage dump at all costs! ❌

  40 minutes in a register line! Because the manager refused you Iet customer check out use cash ,,-- leaving customer vacant and register lines way out of hand - completely ignorant ( sure work fine with cash at Walmart)!

  Love the store for its variety, cleanliness and location. However must you continue to charge 10 cents for a cheap paper bag that fails at its basic function of safely packing purchased product home. The paper bags often rip upon opening them up. Just because you CAN charge 10 cents doesn't mean you have to. At least with the plastic bags they could be used for other purposes,
