  Went here for a quick lunch and honestly had a pretty good experience. The food came out fast, everything was hot, and my burger tasted fresh. Fries were crispy and not overly salty, which I appreciated. The staff seemed busy but still managed to be friendly and helpful. The dining area was mostly clean, though a couple tables needed wiping down. Prices felt fair for what you get these days. It's not the fanciest place around, but if you're looking for a reliable fast food spot, this place does the job well. I'd probably come back when I'm in the area again.

  I would completely avoid this taco bell if you are able. Go to one of the nearby ones. These people at this location don't know how to make the items properly. If you like your food cold and not prepared well, then go here. If you want something that tastes better, try the other Taco Bell locations nearby. They also are very prone to getting your order wrong and leaving out items.

  Food: they got my order wrong, my food was completely wrong, gave me a small freeze when I ordered a large. Service: I pull up to the window they ask me to pay. I informed them I ordered online. They grab my wrong order. Then ask me to see the card again as “it didnt process”. I thought it was weird but maybe something happened with the online order. Left me feeling weird, checked my debit and they did in fact charge me for someone else’s order. I’ve worked retail I can understand how it goes. I called the store and asked them to cancel the transaction(literally EVERY point of sale program can cancel transaction after the fact). They told me they couldnt do anything unless I came back into the store with the card. Atmosphere: I don’t know if the staff is arrogant or ignorant but they still just have terrible customer service.

  Fraud: I placed a delivery order. The order was marked delivered but it was not delivered. I went to the store and spoke with the manager. She refused to refund or replace the order. I informed her I would file a police report and reverse the charge, and I did.
