  I ordered a personal pizza with two ranch cups. After I stepped outside, one ranch cup accidentally fell while I was moving out of the way for a car and tore slightly. When I asked the lady at the register for a replacement, she argued with me and insulted me over a small ranch cup. What concerned me more was that the other ranch cup already had a hole in the top when I received it. That is a serious food-safety concern. Why was an already-open or punctured ranch cup given to a customer in the first place? Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the employee focused on blaming me for the ranch cup that fell outside and completely ignored my concern about the already-punctured cup. The food may have been okay, but the customer service and handling of the ranch cups were very disappointing. I hope management looks into this.
