- NLname lessApr 23, 20263.0Horrible experience. I had the employee say they needed my pin to complete order payment and I don't think that's the right procedure. But mainly I asked for three things and repeated it twice when I ordered and after being handed my food I repeated it to ensure they had every chance at not forgetting. I asked for salt, ketchup, and a sauce packet(which I PAID FOR) and at the window the manager looked at me dead in the eye and ensured that he DID NOT forget. Well unless he purposely lied to my face they forgot the sides I ordered. Now I get home after trusting the manager wouldn't be so sure of something that was not true... And now I am missing an integral part of the meal I paid for. I think everyone needs to know that this McDonalds words cannot be trusted unfortunately. Sad really.😥

This was about 12:00 AM it is now 12:34 AM
