- JDJosh DeAndaJun 24, 20261.0Don’t write reviews, but this is particularly frustrating. The date is June 24 2026 it is 12:51am. Me and about a group of 4-5 cars just wasted 20+ minutes at this store because the employees are playing a looped recording (possibly, they did stumble on their words once) of them saying “Hello welcome to McDonald’s, will you be using the mobile app?” They did this about 5 times while we were there and we kept saying “No” and they would no longer respond. We kept asking “okay can we order???” And no reply. We even went around in a full circle just to see employees standing in the kitchen and talking!!! We went around again and guess what?? Same exact response!!! We say “no” and once again blatantly ignored. We pulled to both windows to see what is up and they purposely avoid looking in our directions! This is nearly an hourly before closing and these workers are ACTIVELY avoiding doing their job to go home early!! We are from out of town staying at the hotel down the street and we’re very excited to go to McDonald’s right down the street and this is what we’re welcomed with! Very unfortunate and very very frustrating! I hope if people have experienced this with this McDonald’s they would come forward and complain! Terrible look for this business.
