Typically, 5 Guys consistently meets expectations; however, I was struck by the subpar cleanliness. The tables were in an unacceptable state of cleanliness, appearing not to have been properly sanitized, and the floors seemed not to have received adequate maintenance. Establishments of this caliber usually adhere to rigorous standards of hygiene and presentation, making my experience at this particular location surprising given it was my first visit. Moreover, the sodas tasted diluted, which was another unexpected finding.

Then the fries were in my opinion burnt. First employee asked, "is this how they normally are"? His response was it depends on the fryer greese and who is working the fryer. I asked another employee the same thing. His response was, "oh yeah they are well done fries". The burger was two patties ( which I hate). Did not know this until I got home. I did not see it on the menu that it was two patties. I will take some responsibility for that Since I can't be sure. Worst spent 20.28 in a long time. That was it, no drink.
