- AAACMAug 10, 20263.0So I go to this location fairly often with my family. I'd say out of the previous 5 times, at least 3 of them, there has been a Pollo Loco employee on lunch break . . . during lunch hour . . . sitting alone occupying a 4 top booth eating lunch. Why is this an issue? Well first, because there are lines backing up due to the lack of people working behind the counter during lunch hour. The other reason it's a issue: Because there are multiple 1 and 2 seat tables available where this employee could have sat alone instead. Why is ONE person taking up a table meant for 3 or 4 during the height of lunch time? *This would be like one SUV parking sideways taking up 4 parking spaces.* I have witnessed a family of 3 with nowhere to sit together because one employee is occupying a 4 top table. This is illogical behavior for the obvious reasons. Sadly, I don't expect for Management to do anything about this behavior by their employees. Most unfortunate. The food is delicious though, which is the only reason I gave it 3 out of 5 stars.
