  Employees are very disinterested. I waited for half an hour and said I had an order, but no one was interested and they were all chatting and eating together in the back.

  I went to the store to pick up an order for Doordas When I inquired about it with the cashier girl after that , a man—a Mexican show in photoguy who had come from the frountstepped in and started threatening me. Subsequently, he retrieved the order, approached me, and verbally threatened me, stating that he would not hand over the order and that I should cancel it. After that, he went to the back, retrieved the order, and then came over to me and said, "If you aren't going to get your order, then leave the store." When I asked him about this—pointing out that he couldn't act that way—he was hanging out with a friend of his—an outsider who wasn't wearing a Chipotle uniform—and both he and his friend proceeded to harass me. Does Chipotle's policy state that any driver may bring someone along with them, or that an outsider—such as a driver's friend—is permitted to accompany a driver? Does this fall within Chipotle's protocols? Owner should pay attention to this matter. People with such a thuggish mentality are not good for the store.

  Took more than 45 mins for a lunch pickup order. Place is packed like a refugee camp with people waiting for order. Either hire more staff, or train them to handle the peak, or fire for cause. Would not recommend this branch.

  Tasty food and the staff are nice. I order the chicken burrito and chicken bowl. The burrito shell was very cold even though the staff heat it for for 3 seconds. I will stick to the bowl from now on.

  I ordered two steak bowls with extra veggies through the app for pickup, and it was super convenient since we didn’t have to wait. The portions were generous overall, but one of our bowls was missing the steak. Fortunately, we noticed while still at the store and brought it up at the counter. The staffs handled it really well. They checked the bowl, quickly made us a new one, and even offered a free drink as an apology. Mistakes can happen, but I really appreciated how professionally and kindly they resolved the issue. Great customer service!
