- NNNathanielJun 20, 20262.02/5 Stars — Assaulted by a customer while staff watched and did nothing I am legally blind and cross-eyed, which severely impacts my depth perception; to me, someone standing two feet away can look like they are 50 feet away. Because of this, I accidentally stood closer to a customer than he liked. He turned around and told me to back off. I understood his request, but instead of letting it go, he took all of his anger about his messed-up food order out on me. He escalated the situation and physically pushed me. There is absolutely zero justification for getting physical. To make matters worse, he then nearly mocked my disability, asking if I was cross-eyed. The worst part of this experience was the complete lack of intervention from the staff. A worker watched the entire physical altercation happen and did absolutely nothing. Her sole priority was fixing the angry man's order rather than addressing the fact that a customer was just physically assaulted right in front of her. After the guy left, the workers just moved on as if nothing had happened. I’ve never thought Chick-fil-A was amazing anyway (aside from the fries), but I usually expect polite service. Today was the final straw. A customer getting physical with me is unacceptable, but employees standing by and ignoring violence is a massive safety failure. I won't be back.

I got a burger combo and the fries were crispy, not sitting around forever like at some places. The staff was friendly enough and kept the line moving even though it was kinda busy. The dining area looked clean and there was plenty of seating. Not saying it's the best fast food spot ever, but it's definitely a place I'd come back to when I'm in the area and need something quick.

Regarding the orders that come in—specifically from Dhodhar, as we have pointed out every time—I simply cannot understand what is going on. They are repeatedly failing to assign the order to me. I don't know why; they mark it as 'Ready'—they prepare it beforehand—yet even after that, I am forced to wait for another 10 to 15 minutes. Only then do they finally assign the order to me. I truly cannot fathom what exactly they are doing—or failing to do. I am sitting right here inside while lodging this complaint against you.
