- MMMephistroApr 30, 20261.0Ever since these employees started making $20/hr, the quality of customer service has gone down the toilet. I went through the drive through to pick up breakfast and I also had an app order for hash Browns. I don't think the cashier at the first window heard me that I had also had an app order. So when I got to the second window and got my 2 McMuffin sandwiches I also showed the guy my app order for just hashbrowns. Rather than just give them to me or walk over 10 feet to the person in the first window and let them know my code, he refused to help me in any way and said I had to drive completely all the way around and wait back in line at the drive through. Again. I cancelled the app order and drove off. This will be my last order at this location.
