Incompetence. One word for this McDonald’s on May 25, 2026 around 9:00 p.m. An employee with the supposed name Caesar couldn’t do his job and used his manager’s name in vain. If “Caesar” is incompetent at his job, he shouldn’t be working. Simply, if someone says, “Hey, there’s a hair in my fries, can you please just replace it?” instead of saying, “Yes, of course, I’m sorry, let me replace it,” he instead says, “Give me the bag and the whole meal back.” So what, he can just say he switched it and, in reality, just spit in it and not switch it? And on top of that, lie and say that’s what his manager said to do when she wasn’t even around. Then, when she does magically appear, she isn’t even aware of the situation. Maybe she is even incompetent at her own job, and she even holds the title of manager when she can’t do her own job correctly or control her own staff. Incompetence: a word used for this McDonald’s, but what can you expect from McDonald’s? And for any female managers don't just ignore the situation when male employee uses your status in vain talk to them and think about how much of a friend you are to your staff because then your not taken professional as a MANAGER. P.S. I hope they feed "Caesar" the food he asked for. And girly pop make sure you work on that manager position you know who you are.
