  absolutely terrible i’d give it 0 stars if i could the management of this place is terrible, especially there graveyard. i came around 230 and placed a mobile order for a free fry.. they told me that they’d be back open in 20 mins i just got home from the gym so i went to take a shower i come back since i lived farther i was back around 310 (mind you there app says they start breakfast at 330) i get there and the guy immediately tells me its breakfast only i told him what he had told me and that im back he said he told everyone it was gonna be breakfast he did in fact not tell me that (i have it on my dash cam) i asked if he could just drop a fry since it was quick and easy he said no then i asked he name and he also said no i'm gonna follow up with cooperate about it in the morning (it ruined my night and wasted my gas) but ive had problems with this same person and my friends who go threw says he always rude as well at night your better off going to the one on newport, this store is losing sales every night.

  Yvette the manager at this location is trash. Her team made an error on my order. Had to come back to get the rest of my food. Yvette was no help, and had attitude. Seriously what is people's deal. The error was made by her crew. I asked for a drink help make up for the inconvenience of having to come back to correct their mistake l. Wouldn't budge, all I got was attitude like seriously if you hate your job at McDonald's and do less than the bar minimum move on Yvette!

  Wanna eat questionable meat? Ask what's in their meat. Ask what's in their shakes. Ask why there's no beef farms but there sure is Ronald McDonald's children's hospitals.

  Terrible customer service from Issac in the drive thru window. Very rude. Went inside to talk to the manager Kim and she apologized but didn’t seem to care. Won’t be coming back to this ride location again

  I know people say this a lot but this truly is the worst McDonalds in Riverside County. Always lined. Bad service. Wrong orders. It’s the reason I avoid McDonald’s.
