  Staff were welcoming and friendly from start to finish. I was greeted kindly at both the drive-thru speaker and window, and my order came out fresh and exactly as requested. Overall, a great experience at this location so I’ll definitely be back. Shoutout to Bhavisha and Krupa for making my morning feel special.

  Went through the drive-thru on Sunday, May 3rd around 9:30am and had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at a place like this. We ordered multiple drinks, including duplicates, and even took the extra step of repeating the order again at the window to make sure everything was correct. Despite that, half of the drinks were still made wrong. What makes it worse is that it wasn’t even busy at the time, so it’s hard to understand how there was that much confusion or lack of accuracy. At a certain point, this stops being a simple mistake and starts to feel like a complete lack of attention to detail. If customers are confirming their order and it’s still not being followed, then something is clearly off with the process—whether it’s communication, listening, or care in preparation. I’m usually pretty understanding when it comes to small errors, but this was disappointing, especially for something that should have been a quick and straightforward drive-thru order. Definitely not the level of service I expected
