  I had a very frustrating experience at McDonald’s drive-thru. I placed an order for two combo meals and one extra burger. After paying, they asked me to pull forward into a parking spot so they could bring the order out to my car. I never left the area. They brought me the order, but it was incomplete — I received three burgers and only one order of fries, even though there should have been two. I went back to the drive-thru window and explained the situation. Instead of fixing it, they told me I had to go inside the restaurant. I specifically used drive-thru so I wouldn’t have to go inside, and I asked them to just bring the missing fries to my car — which would have taken seconds. They refused. I then spoke to the manager, and that’s where it got worse. The manager was extremely unprofessional and started accusing me of lying. They even asked me to bring the entire order back to them to “prove it,” which made no sense. If they wanted to check, they could have simply come to the car — the same place they had already asked me to wait and where they delivered the food in the first place. At that point, the whole situation felt unreasonable and disrespectful. In the end, I just left without the missing fries because the experience was so upsetting that I’d rather walk away than keep arguing. I basically gave up my food and my mood over something that could have been fixed in under a minute. Very disappointing experience.
