  Ariana was the lady who helped me out . We chit chatted for a little and she was very pleasant. I also shared I am closer to the Valencia location which I still travel 40 mins to get there .

  They are super friendly here. They took my order ahead of schedule time because mistakenly I have arrived earlier. They also gave me a complimentary cup

  i had such a great experience here! The service from Naima and Gabriella was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. The food was absolutely delicious and everything tasted fresh and full of flavor I’ll definitely be coming back

  After a long day at work and working OT, this location really puts love into their food. The food was made fresh and you could tell the cooks poured their heart and soul into that meat. My GOODNESS. The fast and friendly service was great too. I was able to be in and out in less than 5 min. God bless CAVA and the staff at this locaysh. They helped unite me and my steak + harissa <3 Always coming here from now on !

  I had a very upsetting experience today with the staff named Anna today around 545 pm. I came in to order some food but I’m not super familiar with cava but I know they have bowls. I saw steak fita and thought that look nice so I said I want a steak fita bowl and things started to get weird. She repeated “steak fita bowl?”in a tone like I am stupid or something. I felt uncomfortable but thought it’s just me. She then asked me what do I want for my base. I asked what are my options, she pointed around with her finger impatiently to those. And i said the black rice and this (pointed to another veggie). English is my second language so the name did not came to my head at the time. She then looked at me unbelievably, asked me “just this?”. And then she judged me at every single step. When it came to the sauces, I said “keep it as is in the recipe” but then I realize it has vinegarette. I said “maybe no vinegarette” then she said like she’s exhausted with the interaction with me “you just said as is.” This is not how any customer should be treated. Even native speakers get confused with what those things are, we don’t know the recipe if we are not a regular at cava. I had a great experience the first time I came here and the staff explained to me at every step patiently and that’s why I came back. But this experience today makes me question if Cava is a safe space for everyone…
