  First of all, when I walked into the restaurant, a woman I believe to be named Nagina was yelling at a young boy regarding a payment issue. I found this to be highly inappropriate and extremely rude. The interaction went on for far too long, and when the boy asked for her name, she refused to give it. When he mentioned that his mom would be asking for her name, she then said her name was Sarah. Later, her coworker mentioned that the boy’s mom had called, and Nagina’s coworker said, “I told her your name was Sarah.” I am now unsure whether Sarah is actually her name, as it does not match the name printed on the receipt from her register. Afterward, Nagina and her coworker were loudly gossiping about the boy and his mother in the restaurant. Working in customer service means treating customers with basic respect and professionalism, especially when dealing with a child. The way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and gave this location a very bad impression. Second, approximately 3–4 orders placed after mine received their food before I did. We placed our order at 4:44 PM and did not receive it until around 5:20 PM. As you can see from the receipt, our order was not particularly large. While Nagina/Sarah continued talking and gossiping with her coworker, our food was sitting on the pickup rack. I was unaware that my order was ready because she never called my name. As other customers were receiving their orders, mine was sitting there getting cold. While I was waiting, Nagina also asked a customer to complete a survey in exchange for free fries. The customer agreed, but Nagina then took the customer’s phone and filled out the survey for her. The customer did not appear to complete the survey herself, which I found unusual and concerning. Eventually, I walked up to the counter, and Nagina noticed me. She then looked around for my bag and handed it to me from the rack. I am not someone who normally takes the time to leave a complaint, but I was genuinely dissatisfied and shocked by the behavior I witnessed. The interaction with the young boy was especially uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. Nagina was unprofessional, rude, impatient, and inattentive throughout my experience, and her behavior did not reflect the basic standards I would expect from someone working in customer service.

  I enjoyed my Garlic Parmesan wings but it would have been better if the service was good too
