  I went to get chilli dog for my friend and I around 10pm I was so unhappy it was so burn I couldn't even eat it was bad I try giving it a second chance but I don't think I won't no more

  My mom went through the drive thru to pick up a float, and they told her she has to order online! Why would you have a drive thru if people aren’t able to order in person? I know that if you’re capable of making a drink in-house, you’re capable of passing along an in-person order to make it. We put in the mobile order, she went back a second time, and then they made a big fuss about giving us the drink we ordered online. Not only that, they gave my mom a messy, sticky cup, seemingly out of spite because she told them that this whole process has been ridiculous. I never leave poor reviews, but I tried to call and the line was down and our customer service experience was absolutely horrendous. We will not be returning.
