  Went to the drive thru to order some milkshakes, a recharger, and something else... whoever was taking orders was RUDE, cut us off after the drinks so we didnt even get to order the snack part of what we wanted. She IMMEDIATELY tells us to go to the window... she clearly doesnt need to be taking orders or at the drive thru... I was so pissed off, we just drove away and went somewhere else... I'm not going to be sending my money somewhere at a place that has rude customer service. If you don't like your job, go to school or find another place to work at. No one forced you to work there. Otherwise, deal with it... I unfortunately will no longer be a customer at this sonic, just because of this one person. She needs to be swapped out with someone else.

  Slow service. Slushies we're not mixed at all. All the flavor was on the bottom which made it too strong.

  I recently visited Sonic Drive-In and had a very disappointing experience, especially for a meal that cost me $14.95. I ordered the #5 double cheeseburger meal with chili cheese tater tots and a soda, but my order was completely wrong. Instead of chili cheese tater tots, I was given chili cheese French fries which were cold and hard . The double cheeseburger was even worse—the meat was cold, and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. It was stiff and just sitting on the patties, making it very unappetizing. There was also only half a piece of bacon on the burger, which was unacceptable. On top of that, my drink order was incorrect, and I was not given a receipt for my purchase. To make matters worse, when I tried to call the phone number listed on the website to address the issue, the number was disconnected. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with poor food quality, inaccurate service, no receipt provided, and no way to contact the location. I definitely expected much better, especially for the price. I work hard for my money and I deserve what I pay for to be right. I will not go back there ever . I also notice it’s a lot of teenagers that work there and they are lazy.and the cook need to be fired.

  Burnt buns; employee tried to hide it by placing the burnt parts on the inside! Be kind and just make a new one. This was a kid’s meal!!
