  Employees don’t know what’s going on. Got the order wrong 5 times and took 20 mins to take the order. They seemed very confused.

  The eyes glasses guy he wearing the eyes glasses he is so rude. He does not helping the customers and big line and so when our turn and he said machine is not working, the machine is broken I said OK we are on the drive-through and then our behind big line and behind our cars so we cannot leave anywhere and I am standing in the middle. I just go to the window then he said oh Machine is working and then he makes the drinks. today is nine October and and no employees just one guy I believe he’s working in the kitchen for the dishes. I believe his New also he’s I don’t know how to make the drinks or anything he said I cannot help and then he showed the message also like I’m calling the Manager or whatever and no one is reply. That is bullshit.❌👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  Bad service always in rush, food items come out badly or quickly thrown together, bad customer service as well, lots of good slushy flavors removed, dirty trashy and unsafe overall

  Weak location. Food always cold and messy. Staff always rude. Wait times always long. Asked for sauce and napkins at the window. Comes back with only sauce. Asked for napkins again, drops shoulders and drags feet to get napkins. Work somewhere else then. You’re lucky to have a job. Also, this sonic is in a terrible area. A lot of homeless activity. The drive-in spots are usually turned off for employee safety. What?! Eat at the Trinity parkway location for a better experience at a Stockton sonic.
