  I love Noah's! My dream is to become a regular here once I retire. 😄 I love the maplehouse egg sandwich. I get it with Jalapeño spread instead of the one it comes with and it tastes amazing! Also I tried the new vanilla iced coffee with cream instead of milk. So good. I gave it a overall 4 stars cause the app is limited to customizations.

  I was in the shop on a Sunday morning and it was busy. There seemed to be a lot of staff getting mobile orders out quickly. My issue is with the on-site order process. There was only one individual taking orders and she was very slow. There were four people ahead of me and it took 23 minutes to place and receive my order. My issue is less with the individual taking orders, although 8 minutes to make one iced coffee is absurd ( not my order) but poor management. There was plenty of staff working that day so I question why one additional staff could not also take orders. The line was 13 people long when I finally left with my two untoasted bagels. Not sure if I will be back.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. Waiting an hour for bagels is ridiculous. No communication between staff or staff to customers who are patiently waiting. They won’t get updated times or even respond when you ask questions.

  I love coming here for bagels. It is a little busy but for a small breakfast, this is my go to place . The busyness is “most” times due to the patrons not knowing what they want when he or she is at the counter . I wish they would make a decision and go on with it. The patrons most times know that there are other patrons waiting behind them. I’m not saying to rush because there are people waiting. I’m saying make a decision , loud and concise and leave . the employees behind that counter are there early morning to earn a few dollars and gain some experience for themselves so that they can grow as an individual humans beings. If they don’t have something , please get something else. If the clerk did not say hello to you , please say hello first . It makes the experience that much better. I am asking all patrons to be respectful to everyone who works in the service industries; not just food but all industries, and respect all people in general . There is a war going on right now . It could be worse. Enjoy food and be happy that we are alive .
