The bagels are fresh, delicious, and ready to eat. I always order ahead on the app because inside can get a bit wild with long lines and crowds (both of which I dislike) and almost always my order is on time and quick. I sometimes just order a bagel sandwich for myself or wife and it’s always quickly made and ready to pick up. I was disappointed in so many negative reviews because that has never been my experience at Noah’s. I think part of it is that people are so narcissistic and entitled these days they don’t understand that they aren’t the only person in the shop or order being made. If you hate waiting in lines and don’t like interacting with employees….just order ahead like I do instead of complaining on Google reviews that could negatively impact a local business Just my 2 cents
