    Get the dude that’s at the drive thru window right at this moment off!!! He talks everyone’s ear off. I just spent over 45 minutes in the line waiting on my mobile order as he sat and talked to every car for what felt like 5 minutes. Not even on a sticker or drop day. Absolutely ridiculous

    Just to make it clear. This was my go to. I’ve been a Dutch dad since my first sip in 2016 at a location in Oregon while driving big rigs. I usually applaud these youngsters finding an atmosphere that works with diversity and inclusion. But, recently it’s more of a party with long uncontrolled crowding that leaves our orders wrong for like two months straight. This week a kid charged me a tip without asking. I asked for a Receipt and watched everyone act wierd as I contested the charge. The kid that did the charge acted nonchalantly as she walked past the window. Manager never addressed me. I will be taking my business elsewhere till this gets addressed. I would be disappointed in my kids if they acted like this and treated customers as such. Tacky, disrespectful and rude was not the Dutch way whenever I visited before it was ran by teens that act like this. The manager should take a leadership class. Change what you value. Lead like it matters. Good luck and stay safe Dutch team. 🫡
