    Noticed they have been adding a tip to my transactions when I go to this location because I went to another and the price was different before asking if I wanted to tip. I will be calling corporate. I advise everyone to check their transactions to see if they have been doing the same to anyone else.

    Visiting from out of state decided to go somewhere where i know the coffee is good and the staff is great. Unfortunately i can’t say that for this location. The lady that took my order out in the car drive thru was absolutely amazing extremely kind and professional. The issue happened when I got to the window and was met with the rudest most unprofessional employee. I saw my drink just sitting there and i politely asked for it immediately this employee became rude and unprofessional and started yelling at me about “ what do you want me to do about it “. The tone of this employee seemed to be extremely entitled, and unpleasant. Out of all the Dutch Bros I’ve visited across the country this is the worst experience I have ever had.

    Served me a water down drink because blender needed to be washed. I don't see why she couldn't clean it first before making the drink.

    asked to remake my drink because it tasted bitter, then I returned in line to ask for a remake. she gave it to me and asked what was wrong with the first drink & I told her it was bitter & she asked me to try the 2nd drink and I started mixing it and it completely exploded in my car! I get this drink every other day and this has NEVER happened. super upset with this dutch will not be coming back to this one.
