  Ordered online and went to pick up in store only to find that the store was already closed, everywhere online it says they close an hour later. Highly disappointed

  Me and my wife were here this evening, We came to get the infamous kimchi sandwich & fries. Unfortunately they were not selling it anymore, but the gentle men was kind enough to help match our money spent on the kimchi sandwiches & fries we already paid for Shout out to Jesse & Isya for the outstanding customer service!! Food is amazing!! We would def come back again!

  Me and my mother was two of the people that won the free food for a year and we supposed to get it once a week..however every time we go in there the manager treats us like crap she is rude and disrespectful and singles us out everytime..this is the second time we had an altercation with her last time she jumped all over my mom because my she was trying to explain we get it free but she didn't want to listen and she had us band so now we can't go there at all..and that's not ok the way she treats people is terrible the workers are not organized and all over the place you order one thing and they give you another and get mad when they have to fix it like you did something wrong..and there is no supervisor that can be reached or corporate number everything when calling is a dead end I called better business on the so they can be checked out that's not how you run a business or deal with customers

  This experience was terrible in my opinion they did not ask what toppings I wanted on my sandwich and they gave the most empty fries ever they also took so long mistake my order DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
