  I've never been let down by Shootz; their chicken katsu is fantastic and I really love their spam musubi. The service is always quick and courteous, and the food arrives within a handful of minutes after ordering every time without fail. I'm not sure I have any complaints and I'd recommend this place to anyone who loves good food.

  "I had the kimchi butter chicken katsu and the spam musubi at Shootz, and both were absolutely fantastic. The katsu was perfectly moist, with a rich kimchi butter sauce that tied everything together. The spam musubi was delicious too, though I did wish for just a bit more spam to balance the rice. Still, I absolutely love this place and can't wait to order back!". I did uber eats order and it was super fast and packed very nice . Thanks 💯💯🤌

  The food was excellent. I got this for my office staff but have heard great things. Definitely great catering service!

  Our first and may be our last. The food quality overall was a 4 out of 10. We order combo #3 and 4 and ask for number 4 not to be spicy but unfortunately it came spicy. 😑 Service was okay...one of the worker gave us someone else drink. Atmosphere was okay. The tables were dirty. We ask them to wipe it down and the worker did and left a portion of the table not wiped. Also the shrimp was a bit burnt.

  Ordered for delivery. I don’t know what’s going on but man that quality drop is intense. I have ordered for delivery and pick up many times. This time - not only the rice and the macaroni was less than 50% of what they used to give, you’re supposed to get 6 shrimp in the shrimp plate and 4 shrimp in the mix plate (as listed on their menu listing)- And we only got 4 shrimp in the regular bowl, and 3 shrimp plus 3 tiny, dry, over fried pieces of chicken katsu in the mix plate. Like…straight up shorting us 30% of the shrimp that’s supposed to be your main protein in your dish? What little shrimp we did get, was soggy, the shrimp meat had no bounce and you could tell it’s not fresh. The quality was so terrible I actually went back on my delivery app thinking I accidentally ordered from a ghost kitchen with the same name. But alas…good things rarely last, and this will be my last time ordering from this spot.
