  We ordered 2 double spicy chickens which should have been $3.49 each, but the guy at the window charged them as 2 for $9. We told him it was wrong and he wouldn't budge. Absolutely horrible service and won't be coming back.

  As a frequent shopper via door dash I consistently have problems with my order every single time I go through door dash. This time I actually am a little pissed off because my order was so messed up!! 1. I ordered a double Cheeseburger from the mix and match. Burger came with one patty! Now I know I can count, 1+1=2 but apparently someone is maybe a little illiterate and unable to math. No big deal I guess. Its not like I paid extra for the EXTRA burger! 2. I order 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. One of them is asked and paid for tomato. Jokes on me I guess. It is the most pathetic slice of tomato I believe I have ever seen on a sandwich. If your going to charge a customer for something, perhaps the product should at least be the SIZE of the BUN! I mean this little tomato slice was limp, thin and just sad! 3. I ordered 2 orders of the funnel fries (they are really delicious) to take advantage of the discount door dash offered if your order exceeds a certain limit. Guess what?!? The dang funnel fries were never put in my bag to be delivered! Now I dont know what happend to them but I am pissed I didnt get them because out of the entire order those were the one items I was most excited about. I had my mouth all ready for some funnel fries only to find they were never there!! 4. Tried to call to see what could be done about my order as it was jacked all the way up. Phone rings and rings then goes to a voice-mail that is full. Come on people you can do better than this. You dont even take the order, an automated system takes the order when you pull into the drive thru!!! Why cant one person pick up a damn phone? Its sad and a very poor leadership quality! Perhaps someone needs more oversight within the store itself. If i could leave no starts I absolutely would but unfortunately you have to leave something. Absolutely terrible in my opinion!

  Service was quick at the drive thru. I ordered, paid and got my food in under a minute. MVP meal, double cheeseburger. It was delicious and the fries were crispy. The pie was nice and hot.

  I am not a big fan of the AI drive-through ordering system, but I will get used to it
