As soon as we walked in, we stood at the counter for about two minutes while two employees in the back were having a conversation. I even said, “Hello.” One of the employees looked directly at me, looked back at his coworker, continued their conversation, and only came over after they finished. He already seemed annoyed before he even took our order. When I asked if there were any specials, his tone was irritated. As I was ordering and asking a few questions about the menu, he interrupted me mid-sentence and said, “Let’s order everything at once,” in a louder, impatient tone. I just looked at my friends and laughed because I couldn’t believe how we were being spoken to. Honestly, I was close to asking for a refund before the food was even made because the customer service was that bad. I understand this is one of the few places open late, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to treat customers with disrespect. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the employee’s name. He was a taller, heavier-set White or Hispanic male working the counter. This review isn’t about the food—it’s about the way we were treated from the moment we walked in. Customer service matters, and based on this experience, I probably won’t be returning to this location. I hope management addresses this because no customer should feel unwelcome just for trying to place an order.
