  Thought I check reviews on this McDonald’s because of a comment a friend had. And I find these reviews helpful when on the road. I dislike when I find a spot that is good and has low grades because someone had a bad day. My take on this location is that I been coming to this location for about 2 to 3 months now. The half cut tea is on point. Fries are always warm and fresh and the nuggets have always been a delight. I stopped going to McDonald’s because of the shitty service. I gotta admit this one got me back enjoying either a good warm mc double or the freshly made nuggets and a nice warm pie. Always hits the spot. I do like talking to the people on the drive up service because that’s where I am clear in what I want. And I like to acknowledge the workers. Queta is the cashier at the drive tru most times that I have past by. She smiles and has good customer service. The staff on her shift is mostly on point. And I haven’t had issues at this location like other locations in southern or northern Cali. So when I am in the area this is where I will keep stopping. 😋

  UNDER STAFFED. On multiple occasions, I’ve ordered ahead of time and it still took like 25 minutes to receive my order. Always faced with one staff member running around trying to man the register while delivering food to customers. I feel bad for the employees as I know it’s not their fault. It will be faster going to another McDonalds in the area.

  Absolutely disgusting experience. I found a hair stuck to the pickle in my burger, completely unsanitary and inexcusable. The burger itself was poorly wrapped and looked like it had been handled carelessly. On top of that, the wait time was unreasonable. At 10:30 pm, with only one car ahead of us, there is no reason for such a delay. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect and missing items, forcing us to get back in line and wait another 30 minutes. This level of disorganization and lack of quality control is unacceptable. It’s no surprise this location has poor ratings. I gave it a chance after reopening, but will definitely not be back.

  The mgr Danya wouldn't take my coupon and what store doesn't have coffee? The music was blaring and nobody could tell when the fryer was done obviously or they didnt know how to turn it off. then there was the filth. The coke was mostly water the sandwich made it without the bacon I ordered and the fries were cold and not cooked. What more can I say just another shitty experience at this store. Won't be back. Double yuk This is a review noy a discussion!

  Worst service ever order my food at 7:15 and is 7:50 at the time I’m doing this review and I still haven’t had my food or my kids food. You can see everybody just walking around the back like minding their own business like they’re not in a hurry. Manager took my receipt not even spoken a word or say I’m sorry it’s about to be 8 o’clock already and still nobody has come out with our food. This place has gotten worse when it was the old building. They used to serve fast now they got a new building. It takes forever to get your food inside.
