  Just got back from picking up up my groceries at Driveup and Go. Called the phone number on the sign and message was that I couldn’t leave a message because the mailbox has not been set up. I am handicapped with difficulty walking. Caught a clerk collecting carts and he said he told the manager that I was waiting. After 15 minutes I caught a cart from another customer so I could hobble into the store. A woman up front maybe an associate manager started arguing with me after I explained that the pick up number was not functioning and I couldn’t get a hold of someone. I said I wouldn’t shop at Albertsons and she said fine. Did not care about customer service at all. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately. Very disappointed with the lack of manners from management.   I've been shopping here for decades now and have watched it decline these past few years. First, I frequently find expired products like milk, yogurt and cereal on the shelves. Most recently on 6/14 there were two rows of Horizon low fat milk on the shelf with May expiration dates on them. I reported it to an employee working nearby and they were immediately removed; but how many were sold to unsuspecting customers before then? Secondly, although most employees are cordial and helpful, a few need training in public relations. One employee in particular, Kaylana, who usually has a disgruntled scowl on her face, can get downright rude and nasty over the least little thing. I have resolved to avoid her line at all costs, should I ever return to this store. Lastly, when you report an issue to the manager about how you were treated as a customer, he is indifferent and pretty much blows off your concerns, making excuses for the employee. No wonder they feel free to snap your head off at the drop of a hat! It only takes a few rude employees and some expired products to ruin your shopping experience. The Albertsons in Lemon Grove, although smaller, is much more customer friendly. In addition, their deli, bakery and floral departments are outstanding.

  I have never been to your store and I never been too spring valley,we today Friday June 12 I got paid and someone purchased $366.00 dolls at your store I don't know how they did it but I live in phoenix az and I have my card with me the purchase was made at 9:25 am.

  I always have a fantastic experience shopping here! The staff is super friendly, and the store is well-stocked with fresh produce and great deals. It’s definitely one of my go-to spots for groceries!
