  I work in this area and I am greatly disturbed by the horrible customer service. I went into the store to buy food , the place was empty but for 2 people. One waiting for his food to be bagged , which they messed up and had to chase the man out the door to return to pickup food they left out of his order. The other was a lady with a baby and she politely let me go in front of her, she said she was undecided on what to get. I waited at the counter in plain view of the 2 employees , whom both looked at me but didn't greet me nor give a typical give us a few moments and again the store was not busy just 3 of us in the whole place. After several minutes I left , wasting moments of my lunch break and still leaving me to go to another store for food. I will not return and will notify my vast co workers of this experience.

  I went to try the new chicken nuggets. They were hot out of the fryer, larger than McDonalds, and tasted like real chicken. There were several sauces to choose from. Hidden Valley Fire Ranch, Bell Sauce, Jalapeño Honey Mustard and Hot Honey Diablo. All were good and spicy. I also had the Lux box with cheesy double beef burrito and grilled cheese burrito, chips and cheese sauce with mountain dew. Allwere hot and delicious. The nuggets were very good and repeatable. Overall a meal that met my hunger expectations! I would and have ordered the nuggets again. The Lux box was actually better than expected.

  Probably the best taco bell ever been to, even better than Pacifica due to their efficient and friendly staff. Also, their burritos actually look like burritos, which is a major plus for a chain. ❤️
