  i came in yesterday around 11:31 AM openended my bowl and there was shit in my bowl this bug came out. I asked for a return but the bug escaped so they didn't allow me to get a new bowl

  My chicken Rab was very saggy and wet, it was very discouraging and nasty to eat because it was very wet from the beans liquid, they seem not to care about customer satisfaction or service. Very disappointing customer service and very poor satisfaction. I am willing to drive to other locations to get a good serving and quality food and correct meat portion because the portion was very little and you wonder what are you paying for. Also the stuff attitude is very rude and unwelcoming.

  My friend and I came here and the cashier was sooo nice and the workers gave us a lot of chicken, the bowl made me full and I was replenished. They also LOADED up my side of guac. I think this is my favorite chipotle ever! Diet coke was phenomenal 🌞😘

  I went there today to get a chicken bowl and they barely put like 10 pieces of chicken on it. I asked for extra chicken got overcharged for everything. It was like what was my salad bowl gonna be empty to where there's nothing on it and I paid it over $20 for this crap. It's disgusting. I am never ordering there again. I've had chipotle only four times different locations some were better than others but still way overpriced for what you get this company just sucks. this is the last time I'm ever trying chipotle. I work upstairs and I would've rather eaten at Taco Bell at this point.

  I needed to use the restroom before eating, so I politely asked for the restroom code. I asked two employees, but neither of them could answer a simple question in English. Then a third employee at the register told me that I would only receive the restroom code after paying for my food. I asked an honest question:Do you not use the restroom here during your 8-hour work shift ? He said that the employees use the restroom at Safeway instead of the one inside the restaurant because they do not know the code. This experience was completely unacceptable and made no sense. If customers are only given the restroom code after paying for their food, does that mean they are expected to take their food into a public restroom after using it? That is unsanitary and creates an unnecessary health concern. I understand that businesses may have policies regarding restroom access, but the way this situation was handled was unreasonable and the staff appeared unable to provide basic information or assistance. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I hope this policy and the staff training will be reviewed to prevent this from happening to other customers.
