- MMMichelle5 days ago5.0Carl was fantastic. Super friendly and polite. I was concerned at first from reading other reviews. Maybe management took those serious and got new staff or did more training because everyone was nice. The portions were great and the place was clean.

There had 4 folks just hanging out and someone finally came out to help and seemed like customer coming in was a bit of an inconvenience to the socializing going on. I typically get chipotle while on the road and this was by far the worst one in terms of the overall vibe/ service.
- MSMikhail SidorovAug 24, 20261.0I guess I look like a homeless whine I am in clean company uniform trying to get into restroom before making order. Because obviously I don’t need to make an order just so it gets cold while I am in the bathroom. The guy said password is on the receipt so I have to buy something - which is lie and combination on the receipt missing one digit. I only found that out when the guy behind the counter saw me waiting outside of the bathroom and then he realised that there is another digit. I need to make sure, that management gets this message. I will check later to see if receipt has full password - and if I see full password and proper response to this review from management - I’ll remove the review. Because place itself is good, food is good and all other employees need kind and good.
