I didn’t expect the second order to take so long, and my ice cream ended up completely melted. Got home and realized they messed up my main order. The guy just asked if I ordered the Big Arch and said everything was there. But the 20-piece nuggets and fries were missing, and they even gave me a random pie we didn’t order. Spent an hour getting the food home, only to find out some people had nothing to eat. 🙄 Don’t even know how to get a refund since they don’t answer the phone, and I don’t live nearby. Going back and forth would take me another 30 minutes
