  Went Friday morning at around 730am. 5 people in front of me. Only 1 worker serving and doing cashier at same time. Surprised, no additional employees during peak hours.

  The employee (lady with pink hair) working on Sunday around 1:30pm is really rude. And was talking on the phone while we waited to order. No greeting no nothing. Should be doing better.

  Very disappointed. This store DOES NOT make real donuts. They make circular sugar coated bread. Our company treat us two big boxes of their “donuts”. I had to spit out my first bite, not only was it too greasy and sweet to the mouth, but I can tell from its texture, the quality which they put in making the real one is not used. Basically, it is a flour turned bread heavily sugar coated. I am sure, people who eat them constantly will get all high sugar related disease. Too bad, it is a wasting of the food sources. They have a huge space to make improvement. This is the ever worst donuts I ever had. Sorry for my boss. Money wasted.

  Cant say anything about atmosphere it was a drive-through :) anyway donuts were as always perfect

  Favorite krispy kreme. We go here instead of burbank. No lines although we wish there's drive thru. Easy to park.
