He says they’re already mixed, even though I’m standing right in front of him watching him make the thing. If you aren’t gonna make it the way, the customer asks, why bother making it at all?

He didn't bother to wipe it off and just put the lid on, smeering it all over the lid as he did so. I asked him to wipe it off, he made a very poor attempt which still left a mess. The casheer wentt to put it in a bad and I asked her if she could wipe it off first. I had my hands full with my baby and didn't want a mess when I went to eat my food. She looked annoyed but handed it back to they guy serving and he proceeded to use his apron to whipe it off. As soon as I finished paying, the casheer was addressing the next person in line, I could barely grab my bag of food. It felt like I didn't exist and there was no respect or personal space to allow me to finish my transaction. Very uncomfortable atmosphere and interaction with staff. I won't be back.
