Needed help at customer service and was met by a Hispanic woman in a ponytail with the worst attitude ever. She said Im wasting her time and walked away from me. What a witch. Love how you care about your customers.

The lines are always insanely long at checkout, I’ve never witnessed a time when the cashiers are properly staffed. I’ve also had three poor experiences with one cashier in particular who moves slow a molasses and goes out of his way to yell at families to control their children (I don’t have children and it still makes me feel wildly uncomfortable how rude he is to customers). He will loudly complain about how many people are shopping, and will even bicker with his coworkers the entire time. I’d recommend any one in the south lake area avoid this Safeway and choose a different grocery store. Especially if Al is still working there. This location needs a lot of work with staffing and training.
