  Had an unfortunate experience. The manager and the older woman there took this a little too personally when it should've been handled short sweet and professionally. Instead, I recieved a passive aggressive response from the manager with dark curly hair. I went inside jamba to order through the app and be there as soon as its ready. The app didnt show the bowl my boyfriend wanted so I asked him to text me the exact order. I READ THE MESSAGE ALOUD (which shouldve been ENOUGH to get exactly what i asked for, and AS I WAS TURNING MY PHONE TO SHOW THE MANAGER (lady with dark curly hair) HIS EXACT ORDER, she said it back to me so i turned my phone back towards me SINCE she said the order back to me, correctly... I called to explain what happened and the older woman sounded a bit bothered but said to bring in the bowl and they'll fix it. As I walk in, the manager felt the need to make it a point that I didnt show her my phone (and again, i also used my words and ordered his exact message but got a peanut butter mess instead. I asked her to pull up the cameras (because I know exactly what I SAID and did) and on the video (rewinding and in slow mo. capture, you can see exactly what I just explained. I started to show her his text and as she said it back, I turned my phone back towards me since she said exactly what i said. So no need to put my phone in her face. & All she could focus on was that the bowl was half eaten (yes, hes multitasking and didnt look into his bowl till he realized there was 0 acai and a whole slab of peanut butter) and that i didnt put my phone in her face for her to read the message. Again, why would I FINISH showing her if shes reading back what I said and started to show her...?... Definitely an order through the app location. The young gentleman there was the only one with pleasant energy. Definitely buy fruit at home and make your own whatever to avoid an unprofessional atmosphere. (The picture is the message I read back to her, in english and very loud). Still recieved the wrong item and a lot of attitude. Lastly I ordered a MEDIUM and she gave me a large. Maybe try reading the order back to the customer. It'll help a whole lot. We definitely regret spending $30-$50 every time we go in just to get attitude when they make an easily fixable mistake.

  First time I was ever at a Jamba. Friendly staff. I got the mozzarella bites. AMAZING. Tasty & lightly breaded.

  This place is a joke. I called three times and no answer. I went inside, called again to see if the phone would ring, and it did, but still no one picked up. I stood there waiting at the register and no one came out. I even asked another couple if anyone was working, and they said she was probably napping or on her phone. About five minutes later, she finally came to the front and gave me attitude while taking my order. The whole experience was unprofessional. I will definitely get a picture of her next time I go because she should be fired! Mind you I’m a local in town that comes at least once a week if not twice.
