I had to repeat myself multiple times because I would tell her what I wanted, and she would repeat back something completely different. She also did not scoop what I would consider the proper amount into my quesadilla. I go to Chipotle enough to know what the normal portions look like. She then almost cross-contaminated my meal with an ingredient that I specifically did not want. My boyfriend ordered next and was also skimped on protein. He asked for the normal portion, but she argued with him about it. We ended up going home, and he weighed the chicken purely out of spite. According to Chipotle’s standard portion size, an entrée should receive approximately 113g of chicken; he received only 71g.On top of that, the customer service was lacking. She immediately moved to payment at the register without asking if we wanted drinks or chips and did not give us an opportunity to scan our rewards. Overall, the experience was frustrating, especially considering there was no line and we were still rushed through our order. The portions were noticeably smaller than expected, and the interaction with this specific employee, I did not get her name, made the experience even worse.
