  Este cajero me hablo prepotente y pedante al recoger mi orden cuando le confirme que era yo le mostre mi telefono me arrebato de las manos mi bolsa y mi soda y le dijo q te pasa? Y me dijo q no me daria mi orden porque no sabia si era mia. Le mostre nuevamente mi telefono y le dije q era yo y no me quiso dar mi orden y me dijo que porque puede y quiere no me la daria , pregunte por el gerente y me dijo que el era el gerente. Luego otra empleada me dijo que el no era el gerente. Y me dijo que el siempre es prepotente con las mujeres. Fue injustificada se reaccion y mas cuando le enseñe mi telefono nisiquiera lo vio. Quiero reportarlo pero al tratar de obtener su nombre dijo que no. Pesimo winstop teniendo empleados prepotentes y despotas en atencion al cliente This cashier spoke to me in a rude, arrogant, and condescending manner when I arrived to pick up my order. After confirming that I was the customer, I showed him my phone with the order information. He then snatched my bag and drink from my hands. I asked him, “What is your problem?” and he responded that he would not give me my order because he did not know whether it belonged to me. I showed him my phone again and explained that I was the customer picking up the order, but he still refused to give it to me. He told me that he would not give me the order simply because he could and because he did not want to. I asked to speak with the manager, and he claimed that he was the manager. However, another employee later informed me that he was not the manager and mentioned that he is often rude and disrespectful toward female customers. His behavior was completely unjustified, especially since I showed him my phone multiple times. He did not even bother to look at it. I wanted to report him, but when I tried to obtain his name, he refused to provide it. This was an extremely disappointing experience. It reflects very poorly on Wingstop to have employees who are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional when dealing with customers.

  they are the rudest people ever I ordered a 30 piece all flats extra well done extra hot honey my food had no flavor was not well done! And that’s not fair to us we spent almost $60 I would not be returning do not go the comments are not lying the reviews are up to par about this place!

  Careful these incompetent workers will miss items. 2 orders of fries missing = money lost. You’ll need to help them do their job and verify your order. Or if you ordered through ubber , good luck eating your meal with no fries and literally robbed for 14 dollars.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I simply asked for a glass of water and was told they did not have any cups available for water. When I asked to speak with the manager to explain the situation, instead of being understanding or apologetic, he told me that if I wanted water, I had to buy bottled water. The manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. At no point did he apologize for not having basic water cups available, which is unacceptable for a restaurant. His attitude made the situation worse and showed a complete lack of customer service. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place based on how poorly customers are treated.

  Will not come back employees have an attitude I order for the Super Bowl and call them to make sure they add the flavor I chose for my wings (habanero and lemon pepper) because last time I order it looked and taste like if I chose them plain the girl who answered the phone was super rude and said how about you paid for extra sauce. When I got home surprised surprised they looked and taste plain I paid over $100 just to get plain wings never again will I come back have you guys two chances
