- TTTeju1 day ago1.0Never seen such a worst customer service in my life,I came around 9:00pm they denied to serve food and they were rude about it.If you people have no interest to serve customers please close the store and stop wasting people's time.
- CTCynthia Torres4 days ago1.0Service is horrible. I understand employees might not feel the need to be friendly because it's a drive thru but would it kill them to say hi? I pulled into the drive thru and waited for a greeting , after almost 2 mins I said hello and the employee WENDY replied "yes" I gave her time to ask if I was ready and again nothing. I asked if I could order and she replied "go ahead " that whole interaction was weird and unwelcoming . I love pollo loco , out of all the fast food chain restaurants its the most authentic food. I just wish I didn't have to go out of my way to drive far to get a meal because indefinitely won't be coming back to this location. I ended up not paying for food because I just felt uncomfortable. I hope who ever reads this is encouraged to take the extra steps and make sure the employees understand the importance of having a welcoming attitude towards the customers.

I visit this El Pollo Loco location weekly and have received the wrong order at least three times. I understand that mistakes happen and are never intentional. However, after the third incident, I wanted to understand why the same issue kept occurring. From what I observed, while one employee is trying to prepare orders, other coworkers are engaged in side conversations and gossip. Those distractions create an environment where it's difficult to stay focused, making order errors more likely. Better communication and a more attentive work environment would go a long way toward improving order accuracy and the overall customer experience especially during rush hour.
