Special ordering was so difficult, and the cashier kept telling me to use the kiosk. They don't take orders at the counter anymore.

The young man named Jorge was completely unfriendly when taking my order; at the drive-thru window, his behavior was grotesque and abysmal—he even nearly threw the bag containing my food at me. You really ought to hire people with good customer service skills, or at the very least, train them better.
