- BGBrenda GarciaSep 15, 20261.0terrible experience on 9/15/2026 at around 5.00 pm I was waiting in line for about 15 min no one helped funny thing is they looked but no help.. so I decided to order at the kios , after kios had charged me i noticed no recipe was printed i quickly told the cashier he stated there was the order so he called Lili the store manager at the shift i then told her i was charged but no recipe came out she automatically said that the bank will refund my money with out checking for my order she did not even attempt to check to see if she could locate my order she told me to order again this time with the cashier .. it was a terrible experience total i was charged 67$ today 9/15/2026 i spoke to Maria the store manager regarding this incident she said to try to call my bank to see if they can refund me if not i will go in person to clear this matter . people work hard to feed there families this is very inconvenient

Y muy pedante como que fuera ella la dueña solo me dijo eso y me dio la espalda y me dejó esperando hasta que otra llegó más amable que ella.
