  Mal servicio de la persona que toma órdenes en el drive thru, a la fuerza quería que tomara mi orden en la pantalla digital por que no había quien me atendiera ahí. Y muy pedante como que fuera ella la dueña solo me dijo eso y me dio la espalda y me dejó esperando hasta que otra llegó más amable que ella.

  I stick to the same thing usually when I come here never changes spicy chipotle burrito 2x sour cream messy but good just like it should be !

  I am very disappointed with the customer service at this El Pollo Loco location in South Gate on Tweedy Blvd. My elderly mother visited with a friend and had difficulty using the ordering kiosk. Not everyone, especially seniors, is comfortable with technology. She politely asked for assistance, but the employee at the counter ignored her and then told her, "You have to do it yourself." After that, she and other employees laughed, walked to the back, and never attempted to help. I found this extremely disrespectful. Self-service kiosks should be an option for faster service, not a requirement. Just like self-checkout at grocery stores, customers should still have the choice to order with a person, especially elderly customers who may need assistance. Please speak with your staff about treating customers with kindness, patience, and respect. No one should feel embarrassed or dismissed when asking for help. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers, especially seniors, have a better experience.

  I come to get food hear very often and the people that work there always have a horrible attitude and lately they keep messing up orders to the point that I have to check every single item to make sure it's correct now, the owner of this franchise needs to look into new managers and new employees because these people don't care about the service they r providing, can't even get a one item order correct when I asked for a BRC burrito no cheese and re-confirmed that I only wanted beans and rice so that they gave me a burrito with rice and cheese, it's unbelievable that they can mess up so many orders over and over again and it keeps getting worse.
