  I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service I received during my visit to the grocery store. The cashier Natalie was very friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked up. She handled everything professionally, worked efficiently, and made the checkout experience smooth and pleasant. It’s always appreciated when someone takes the time to be kind and respectful to customers. Thank you for the great service it truly made my visit enjoyable.

  My mom and I had a horrible experience with an employee in the carniceria. The employee (an old man) was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional towards us when he made a mistake cutting up the wrong type of ham. He went out of his way to speak down to us and make the "issue" a bigger deal than it was. I love coming to this Superior as the produce and food is much better quality that other Superior Grocers much closer to me. But this unprofessional behavior was very unacceptable and disrespectful.
