- DQDaniela Quiroz1 day ago1.0Back in January, I have PRE-ORDERED a Spiderman ice-cream cake to pick up around 4pm-5pm, which was a birthday cake for a sibling. Didn’t call me or anything to let me know that they didn’t have a cake decorator until I got to the location, and waited to tell me in person. Like what??? So I arrived and left with no Spiderman cake, and someone’s birthday was ruined. Such an inconsiderate and unprofessional store. They could’ve at least given me a phone call during the day, could’ve saved me the stress of trying to get a Spiderman cake last minute.

They have a bunch of kids working here who can't even be bothered to remember what ice cream was ordered not to mention that their customer service knowledge is non existent. Not sure who runs this location but they should take a look at how their young staff can't even take a simple ice cream order and they treat all their customers like garbage. You let little kids run your business like that and you'll be closed down in no time.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
