- CTCandace Thomazin3 days ago3.0We love jamba. The staff here is amazing. The problem.is we have gone in the last 3 weeks and they just can't take gift cards. They have been wonderful and kind but it's a huge problem when the gift card was given as a gift and you can't use it. Hopefully they can get it fixed. When I asked them if they had an eta they just said they got a new owner and they weren't sure.

I'm genuinely thankful we have a Jamba out here in Tuolumne County, it's one of the best ways to either prep for or recover from a day of hard work. The regular menu has a great selection of drinks, bowls and other goodies. They also have some menu items that are more seasonal as well like the Watermelon Skies drink which I highly recommend during the summer. Customer service tends to be efficient enough, I've never had to wait more than about 5-10 minutes for an order with a couple drinks on it even with a few other customers ahead of me. I suppose the only thing to note is they can be a bit heavy handed on the Nutella which is something that personally doesn't bother me but a couple people that I know have expressed.

When they didn't carry my favorite drink anymore they helped me create one just like it. They go above and beyond. Always a wonderful experience when we go. Plus the smoothies are always delicious.
