  This place stunk like the inside of a dirty diaper pail. I will never go back. The odor in this place was the worst on 5-18-2026. I have noticed an unpleasant odor on the last couple of occasions. Today, the odor was so bad that I am still gagging. I don't think they are cleaning this place anymore. The health department needs to pay them a visit. McDonald's should not smell that way, nor should any place that sells food.

  I don't usually write reviews, but since this happened to me more than once now I decided to do so. Watch out everyone when you order from drive-thru. I ordered the Filet-O-Fish meal. When I opened it 10 minutes later on my way home I found 2, 1-patty hamburgers instead. Nothing inside, just 2, 1-patty hamburgers with a little bit of chopped cucumber and ketchup, fries on the side. I didn't want to drive back since I was already far from there on my way home. I suggest that you always open your sandwiches or burgers before you leave the drive-thru window.

  McDonald's is all about highway robbery now. First they jacked up the prices *way* above inflation, then they got rid of the dollar menu, shrunk all their sizes and tanked the quality of everything, got rid of free refills, and just really suck all around now. They used to be the place to go for a quick bite that was affordable and pretty good, but now they are just the worst. They don't even pretend to care about people anymore. Every once in a while I try eating McDonald's again and I always regret it.

  My dad and I were headed back from a trip to San Jose and stopped here to eat. We stood at the counter to order as my dad is old school and does not like the kiosk. No one even acknowledged us. I convinced my dad to let me order on the kiosk. Once the order was placed after a significant amount of time our number was called. I picked up the order and took it to the table. Placed my dad's food in front of him while doing so I noticed our french fries were cold and we had no napkins. I went to the front to get napkins. It took forever to be acknowledged. When I got back to the table and finished sorting the food I noticed the two apple pies were missing. Back to the front for those. Again took forever to be acknowledged. While a nice young man was getting the apple pies the store manager was at the fry station and looked up with an ugly look on her face. She said in an agitated tone what does she need? I just looked at her and said you guys forgot the apple pies. She maintained the ugly look on her face and said nothing as she scooped fries. Very unprofessional environment with lack of attention to detail. If you don't like your job then work somewhere else, maybe where you don't have to deal with people. The basic workers get $20hr for this crappy service!! WOW!!!

  Perhaps the single worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's, maybe at a fast food restaurant, perhaps at any dining experience in my life. Disgustingly dirty - the bathroom, the dining room - despite the fact that they were only filling to-go orders. There was a huge spill/stain directly in front of the order pickup area. Getting my food took an excruciatingly long time - a full half hour for 2 drinks, 2 fries, and a sandwich ordered via kiosk in the restaurant. My sandwich was ready and sat and got cold, while I was told the delay was fries - while 2 cooked baskets of fries sat, hanging above the fryer, waiting to be dumped and salted. By the time I got them, while hot, they were soft and soggy. Exceedingly disappointing. There were not that many orders being taken inside, and they all took a long time to fill. They seemed to somehow keep up with and perhaps prioritize the drive-through, but inside orders seemed to get shunted into a black hole.
