- SMsara ann Moreno3 days ago5.0Today is Sunday 10/11/26 I was in there shopping today and decided to get a Starbucks around 11:30 and I just wanted to say how wonderful the employee working at the Starbucks was our drinks were perfect and we really needed a good coffee and we really enjoyed it! She was so polite and helpful it was the best coffee I've gotten in a while so thank you!! Made my day

- MOMassiel OliveroOct 1, 20261.0Saw a cake I wanted to get for my husband. Went back in. A Saturday to get it. There was no employee there so I waited. There was NO bell to ring or anything. My son and I circled the store 2xs thinking 'there will be someone when we return. ' StIll no one. The guys at the deli made eye contact from a far and I pointed to the bakery dept. And still nothing. I ran into an employee trying curbside orders and asked for help. He said he'd find someone for me. Now it has been 30min and I'm still waiting. I approached the deli section asked for somebody they confirm that no one was there which I had already seen and they said they would try to find someone for me. I waited another 10 minutes just to have someone come and get me the cake. I honestly was so upset and enraged I really didn't even want the cake but I got it cuz I had waited about an hour already for a cake that should have been in and out thing.

- MTMeghan TaftSep 4, 20261.0CAUTION: NOT EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO DISABLED PEOPLE OR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES: GO TO RALPH’S! Really unfortunate that Vons is now discriminating against people with mobility issues. Now there are gates blocking you from leaving where you came in, and if you can’t find what you need, you have to walk all the way around through one of the checkout lanes and then around the cashiers just to get back out again. I watched some poor elderly woman get so unhappy and frustrated when she was forced to walk an extra 20 feet just to leave the store when she couldn’t find the brand she was looking for. Not worth shopping here anymore, go to Ralph’s!
