  Ordered food for the family and they forgot to put a whole combo in the bag that they did charge me for. I called and asked for a refund on the item and they told me they can’t do it over the phone and I’d have to drive back down to get my refund. Stop worrying about drive through times and worry about accuracy and service.

  Yet another terrible delivery experience at this McDonald's. I'm an Uber delivery driver. I receive an order for McDonald's 12 mi away at 3:40 in the morning. I jump in my car and get down to McDonald's and arrive at 4:03. The staff proceeds to tell me that they cannot make the order because it is now breakfast time. Breakfast time starts at 4:00 a.m. They received this order at 3:35. They should have already made the order and had it ready for me to pick up. The manager then makes up a story and says they wait till the driver arrives to prepare the order. That's not true. I've been delivering for a year and have never experienced that. Not once. So here I was. Left with no order, no pay, and an upset customer. I spent $10 in gas and 45 minutes of my own time with zero pay thanks to the staff. It's simple. If they knew they were transitioning to breakfast why didn't they make the order before they did so? It's like robots are working at these places. Thanks a lot for being mediocre employees. I will no longer accept orders from this location since this is the third time something like this has happened. The last time I waited 30 minutes in their drive thru and I was the 2nd car in line.

  Friendly staff. Good selection of hot and cold snacks and drinks, including iced coffee. Mostly self service for food/drinks, so quick service. Diesel available at fueling island. Easy on/off Interstate 90. No California Lottery games.

  The food was fresh, the fries were crispy and hot, the tables were clean, the staff friendly, the bathroom better than most. I have eaten here via drive thru a handful of times. I chose to dine in this evening, needing a break from work. It was a good experience. Definitely what set this McDonald’s apart from the rest was its outdoor patio. It had cute chairs and a good many tables to choose from. I almost ate out there, but I thought it was a tad chilly.

  By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any McDonald's. I understand the pressure at lunch time but to stand there at the kiosk with my daughter who's 4 and after 5 minutes and after 2 "Uber transaction's" I get the notice from an employee who asked if I've been helped and when I responded no he decided to go back and then grab a meal for himself and not one person asked until after I was walking out the door. Terrible service. Would rate -5 if possible
