Love this place, love the staff, love the food, love the coffee. Truly a Simi Valley staple- the name doesn’t lie, try it and you’ll be HOOKED.

Loved Get Hooked. Found this by chance when I could only dash in to get coffee and go.,They have a great variety of coffee and milk options, and my mocha was made perfectly. I didn’t catch who made it, but I did meet Ashley, who was warm, attentive, and clearly works hard. The staff alone is a reason to come in.
I also tried the pizza bagel. It was fresh and tasty, although I’ll admit I’m a bit of an East Coast bagel snob, so my expectations are probably unusually high. The bagel itself was a little more bread-like than the classic chewy, dense bagel I’m used to, but I still enjoyed it and would absolutely order one again.
I also love the drive-through, which is such a great convenience and not something you find everywhere. If you’re looking for a quick stop with a delicious coffee and an easy bagel treat, Get Hooked is definitely worth checking out. Lastly, if you need new tires, there's a tire place right next-door so you can get that done and come on over here. Thanks so much. Support local.

First visit was a hit! Tried the jalapeno cheese and everything bagels, both toasted with cream cheese. Simple, fresh, and delicious. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be returning."

Bagel sandwiches are the best! Staff is super friendly. Love the tea lattes, it’s become on of my regular spots to get breakfast.

The food and drinks were both sub-par and at an approximate price point of $50 (including tip). Mind you this was for 2 people. The service was as expected for a drive through fast casual restaurant. If you are looking for a quick morning meal that won’t break the bank I would recommend going to a fast food place because it is half the price. If you are looking for restaurant quality food, which Get Hooked barely reaches that description (this is based on their food menu items being at the same price point as restaurant quality food) then you would be better off going to a restaurant as you would get more from your dollar with the extra service that a sit down restaurant provides and likely more food and drink.
To sum it up, I could have gotten more food and drink if I went out and sat down with my family of three at one of our local diners or breakfast spots but instead I got sub par food and drink for two.
