Warning, and hopefully you don't come across it sometime in the future.After it's been expired i already called the store location and then I also called the corporate office after realizing that this coupon already expired before I even knew it was there to make up for missing items from my orders from before and I mean plural and now calling store location again speaking to the person whose name On the emails responding to me, and she says that she has none seen any reports or anything where any of this?And that I have to call corporate and all that , and i'm sick and tired of being a ping pong ball It's funny how Katie Hightower says that she has not seen\n A report for this issue and tell me that I have to call corporate and make a complaint. But yet, I have an email with her name on it. Apologizing for the inconvenience that I've been through and she says that every email has her name on it, but is sent by a team member and not by her herself. So right there, she's telling me I have to redo these steps over and over again and then hopefully she'll actually be responding to her own emails. One of these times

The tables are dirty and sticky. Even the counter where you order is not clean. Also the food quality isn’t the same. It’s a shame it was one of the only really good fast food places in Simi.
