  This is the worst BWW experience ever first and last time coming to this establishment. They was nobady to greet and sit us at out table had to wait a few minutes for someone to help us. After being seated several minutes our server passed by us several times to attend the pick up orders without stopping and asking if we were ready to order. Ultimately we got up and walked out after not being help I'm surprised they're still in business. To make matters worst the place was empty we where the third family there.

  If you make a mistake sorry goes along way. We ordered online upon picking up the order was correct on the website and the receipt but the sauce on the wings was incorrect. I immediately drove back to have it corrected and waited an additional 30 minutes on top of the original 30 that it took for our order to be cooked. I can accept mistakes but the person at the To-Go register was so dismissive. I asked twice to speak to the manager and they didn’t even come and when we got the correct order they STILL gave us the wrong quantity but I was so upset I left instead of persistently trying to resolve. For me, that is enough to make me not want to come back. I wish companies would realize that an incorrect order is more than just replacing the product but you are cutting time from the customer schedule and if issues arise it is beneficial to actually follow through with the order to avoid issues like this and if she had even a bit of care in the matter I would not be online leaving poor reviews or declining to return.

  B dubs consistently disregards online orders. I can order a meal from Chatsworth and it will arrive before BWW even starts the order. This has become a pattern

  The food was the great and the cashier Ella was especially very helpful and kind with our needs. 10/10 recommend

  Attention management or corporation!!!! Bad service and dirty place. My family and I get there and no one there to great us or seat us but the bartender waves at us and points us to the tables. After that Brook our server comes and takes our drinks order, she brings sodas for my kids and wife and says they're still working on pouring my beer. After 10 minutes I get up and go up to the bar and order a beer, the bartender says my beer is been sitting there and I grab it but then she asks me if I want her to bring it to my table, in my head I'm thinking "I wanted someone to bring it to my table a long time ago that's why I had to get up and order one from the bar since my server couldn't get me the beer I ordered. Then they bring our food and our server says they're still working on my wife's chicken sandwich so it took her another 5-8 minutes to bring her chicken sandwich. The onion rings looked more like onion rings scraps. My kids ordered lemonade wich was so watered down and had to wait for our server to bring us different lemonades (you could tell on the color how watered down they were) there was trash on the floor and a huge puddle of pee under the urinal. At some point there was no bartender or servers on the dining room in case anyone needed anything. This is on a Friday afternoon so how can this place be so dirty and understaffed on a Friday afternoon? Someone should put some attention to this place.
