  The foods and vibes here are great. Sat outside and it was nice and chill. Crispy tuna rice was delicious as was the karaage chicken sandwich. Also had great yakisoba garlic noodles.

  I spontaneously decided to try out Roe Fusion for dinner the other night, and I’m so happy I did. The food and drinks were incredible, the outdoor patio was perfect for me and my dog to relax and take in the night air and view of the mountains, and the service was top tier. Vanessa was so friendly and accommodating, and despite handling so many tables by herself, she never ceased to smile and chat with everyone she was helping, making everyone feel so at ease and welcome. All in all, it was such a nice atmosphere for a solo dining experience that I’m so glad I treated myself to after a hard week. And the crème brûlée dessert was just the icing on top. I will absolutely be coming back!

  Awesome quant place with incredible seaweed salad, crispy Brussel sprouts, and kind waiters. Definitely check this place out next time your in the area:)

  I recently dined at Roe Fusion and had a wonderful experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a creative take on Japanese fusion cuisine. We tried a variety of dishes, and my top favorites were the Prime Rib Eye with Miso Butter, Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, Crab Avocado Roll, and the Firecracker Roll. Must try has to be the Filet Mignon Steak Fried Rice. The filet was incredibly tender, paired with flavorful egg fried rice and topped with crispy onions for the perfect contrast. -Chef’s Kiss- For drinks, I went with the Emerald Midnight, their twist on an espresso martini topped with matcha foam. The bitterness of the espresso and matcha was balanced perfectly by the sweet, creamy finish of the foam, making it a surprisingly delicious combination. A special shoutout to our server, Vanessa, who was attentive and took great care of us!!! We also got to meet one of the co-founders, Eddie. He was genuinely kind and took the time to chat with guests throughout the night. You could tell how much he cares about creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door. With such amazing food and service, I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes! Highly recommend to all those who want a great dining experience.
